Rainy Day!

Today was a very, very rainy day! We spent most the day staying inside and working on ties. By the end of the day we wanted to get out and go to the movies. We took the A Train to CC (Columbus Cirlce) to go exchange some clothes and it was still so wet out! I have took umbrellas for granted my whole life! I've never needed one before because you could just run from the car to the place you needed to so you hardly got wet. But in NYC you have to walk at some point so it can be miserable if you don't have a good umbrella!

We made it to the movies but the next open showing wasn't for another 3 hours. It would have been pointless to subway back home and back again so we sucked it up and hopped from place to place in the rain! We went to Starbucks for hot chocolate and then to Barnes and Noble to walk around. (It sure felt cozy to be there with all the books when it's rainy outside:) perfect time to read!) We read some Children's books to each other and looked at things to pass the time.

We saw the movie Inside Out and it was sooooo cute! I loved it and it has a neat message. Cool concept. And the best part is our chairs were all recliners!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEST MOVIE THEATER EVER!! :) We are definitely going back there!
