Fourth of America

Happy Fourth of July!!!!! We went on a trip with the couples in our ward to our friends home in New Canaan, CT. It was fun to be in a home again and have a bbq outside and play batmitten:) Makes me miss home life, it's like a whole different world! There were 6 couples (the Warrens, Whiting, Freemans, Shirleys, Farrs, and us) so it was fun to talk and joke around with everyone.

For the fireworks we went to this park place and there was a cute old band (the 7th oldest in the nation actually) playing patritic music. It was so fun! We talked, played frisbee, and kub into dark! It was a fun day!!! I think I might switch my favorite holiday to the 4th! Nothing better than a holiday that includes bbq, parks, everyone dressing in matching colors and fireworks!!!!
